The re-imagining of Smyth’s Bridge House will feature
 a bar with an outdoor seating area connecting to 
an attractive winter garden restaurant. The courtyard 
will be home to a coffee servery, florist and grocers.

The surrounding grounds will include a herb garden 
and a children’s playground, and enhanced pathways 
and cycleways will improve connectivity. A wildflower meadow will add natural beauty and support local biodiversity, creating a harmonious blend of urban 
living and nature.

This initiative aims to establish a vibrant, social hub within a collection of buildings which have a deep history and strong association with Donabate Village.
